NO QUALITY… COSTS
We have implemented quality systems at diverse hotels, resorts, as well as restaurant chains, on a corporate and/or operational level. Our expertise in this field took Marco Julià Eggert (Managing Director) to publish a book in 2002 „Gestión de calidad aplicada a hostelería y restauración“ (by Prentice Hall) that became a best seller in its category in Spain and Latin America.
At HMS International, we have developed our own methodology to develop quality systems (Q-HMS), which is in line with standards such as ISO, etc. The approach we have on quality is, as with everything else; tailored to the client and providing integral solutions.
