Dear Virak, EFG is the largest restaurant chain group in Cambodia, with plans to finish this year with about 40 units of different concepts that you manage as a master-franchisee. Can you briefly explain when you started the food portfolio, which brands do you manage up to today and how many outlets of each do you have?
What at the plans for the future?
When looking to introduce a concept such as Costa Cafe in Cambodia, what are the demographic and economical aspects that you look at more carefully?
